The Practice

Heath Hill Surgery is a general partnership contracted to Berkshire East Primary Care Trust to provide primary medical services and other services in accordance with the provisions of the contract. As well as offering a full general practice service, we run asthma and diabetes clinics, childhood immunisation clinics, flu immunisation for those aged 65 and over and other 'at risk' groups, perform minor surgery, and offer anti-coagulation (warfarin) monitoring, maternity services, cervical cytology (smear) service, coil fitting and a travel clinic.

Sadly Dr Nuvoloni is leaving the Practice in January 2012.  Her successor has not yet been appointed but until that time the other Partners in the Practice will see her patients.  As soon as her successor has been nominated we will let you know.

Medicals

For patients wishing to book medicals with the Doctors please contact the receptionists directly rather than trying to make the appointment electronically via EMIS Access.  The reason for this is that different medicals require varying amounts of time.  Thank you. 

PPG

As you know we  have a Patient Participation Group (PPG).  It acts as a liaison group between you, the patient, and the Doctors and management of the Practice.  The PPG can offer advice on matters relating to the administration of the Practice to aid the efficient running of the Surgery.

The PPG cannot advise on clinical matters or patient complaints.
